As Formiva, we strive to ensure that our employees have equal rights and opportunities. We advocate for equality in recruitment, promotion, salary, working environment and hours as well as in all other fields.

During the recruitment and promotion processes of our employees we rely on the qualifications, skills, and experiences of our candidates. During promotion periods, we consider the performance and success criteria, and we do our best to prevent any type of discrimination among our employees.
While setting our wage policy, we do not consider personal characteristics such as gender, age, race, religion, ethnicity, and disability. Adopting the equal wage policy for equal job, we ensure that all our employees get the same wage with those working on the same job with the same performance. Further, we guaranty that all our employees have equal rights for work balance, working hours and other working conditions.
