Formiva adopts it as a duty to take all measures to protect the privacy and security of the information of its customers and employees. Information security is one of our top priorities and we expect all our employees to be aware of this issue and to take responsibility.
For this purpose, with the information security policy which we have generated, we minimise the risks of unauthorised access, the alteration, disclosure or loose of personal and business information of our customers and employees.
We apply risk analysis and management processes to determine the risks of our information assets, to prioritize and to manage such. We update the process continuously and carry out such activities with the support of all our employees.
We consider the provision of appropriate access controls to prevent unauthorized access to customer and employee information, as a part of our work. We customize such controls according to our business needs and allow only authorised people to access to the information.
We ensure that all our employees receive regular trainings regarding information security, and we make every effort to raise their awareness on this issue. Through such trainings, we support our employees on gaining skills in identifying, preventing, and reporting information security risks.
We regularly observe all our information systems and business processes to efficiently apply our information security policy, review, and develop continuously our information security policy. We follow up new technologies and by using such technologies, we further strengthen our information security.
