At Formiva, we adopt sustainability policies to manage our economic, environmental, and social impacts in all our production processes we implement.
Sustainability, which constitutes one of our basic values, holds an extremely place as one of the factors, we consider in all our activities. For this purpose, we highly stick to the principles such as the sustainable use of natural resources, the reduction of waste, the encouragement of recycling activities, and the prevention of environmental pollution.
During our production processes we act in line with the principles of sustainability regarding the selection and use of environmentally friendly material, the increase of energy efficiency, the protection of water resources and the minimisation of waste. Further, during our procurement process we pay attention not to work with suppliers, who do not conform to the principles of sustainability. And we also encourage our suppliers in terms of sustainability.
We organise training programs for our employees to increase their awareness level and provide their conforming to the principles of sustainability. In addition, we support various projects to raise public awareness about sustainability.
We set performance indicators to measure the progress of our sustainability policy and to make continuous improvements. We publish our annual sustainability reports and get the feed-back of all our stakeholders.
